  2. You can order them from a clipping service or off Ebay, but it would increase your OOP costs. (Defeats the purpose, if you ask me.) Just give it some time. When I first started, there were a lot of deals I couldn't get because I hadn't been collecting coupons for very long. It just takes some time to build your collection. Then, somehow, coupons start taking over your whole house if you let them. LOL :D
