Recipe: "Starbucks Who??" Carmel Coffee!!

Want to make an even cheaper cup of coffee at home? Here's one of my favorite recipes for at-home flavored coffee. This is the "light" version since I prefer not to drink my calories, but you can always swap out the low-fat or sugar free ingredients for more indulgent ones. Enjoy!!

"Starbucks Who???" Caramel Coffee

1 Coffee-to-Go Cup (or reusable coffee mug)
1/3 cup 1% Milk
2 Tbsp. Splenda
1 Tbsp. Archer's Farm Sugar Free Caramel Coffee Syrup
Folger's Gourmet Caramel Drizzle Coffee, brewed
Reddi-Wip Fat Free Whipped Dairy Topping in a Can
Pumpkin Pie Spice

Brew Coffee. Blend Milk, Splenda, and Syrup in a coffee to go cup. Fill rest of the cup with brewed coffee. Stir. Top with Whipped topping and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top. BETTER THAN STARBUCKS! Low-fat, sugar-free, and only 38 Calories!!!!! Yum!

Note: Archer Farms products can be found at Target. But any taller coffee cup -- disposable or otherwise -- will work. Also, skim milk can be substituted for the 1% milk... but you will only save 7 calories and the 1% milk gives a much richer taste.
